Strong presence on the floor and customer experience **Executive Maître – Juazeiro do Norte/CE** We are looking for an Executive Maître with a profile of practical leadership, organization, and a strong focus on service excellence, service standardization, and operational results. We seek a professional with strong floor presence who leads by example and actively contributes to customer experience, team management, and operational performance. **Key Responsibilities:** · Lead the dining room team, reception, restrooms, cashier, and support staff; · Ensure high service standards, team demeanor, and appearance; · Serve as operational leader during peak hours; · Organize daily dining room routine (opening, briefing, peak period, and closing); · Monitor waiting times, table turnover, and operational flow; · Ensure commercial execution: reservations, events, upselling, and sales suggestions; · Integrate dining room, bar, and kitchen to reduce operational errors; · Support delivery operations, ensuring order quality and accuracy; · Train and develop the team through continuous feedback; · Resolve conflicts with customers and team members. **What We Expect in Practice:** · Standardized service and customer experience; · Smooth operations with reduced errors and rework; · Increased average ticket and additional sales per table; · Efficient control of waiting time and table turnover; · Effective integration among dining room, kitchen, bar, and delivery; · Consistent monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs). **Requirements:** · Completed high school education · Proven experience as Maître, Dining Room Supervisor, or in service leadership roles; · Strong hands-on leadership and operational involvement; · Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor; · Commercial mindset with hospitality focus; · Flexible availability; · Availability to work on weekends. **Work Schedule:** · Rotating 6x1 schedule (1 fixed weekly day off + 1 Sunday per month) · Morning shift: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM (unit opening) · Afternoon break · Night shift: 6:00 PM–11:00 PM (until closure) **Compensation and Benefits:** · Fixed salary: R$ 4.500,00; · Performance bonus; · On-site meals; · Health insurance via voluntary enrollment (optional); · Day off. **Additional Information:** · Travel assistance; · Housing assistance.
