Job Summary: A patient service professional responsible for reception, eligibility verification, insurance authorization, and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative and organizational support Provide patient service aimed at contributing to the achievement of established goals and objectives, ensuring institutional service standards. **Main Responsibilities:** · Greet customers, identify their needs, provide information, and deliver service in a courteous manner; · Perform eligibility verification, biometric identification, and request insurance authorizations; verify issued claim forms and monitor pending and unavailable forms; · Finalize and submit daily cash reconciliation reports related to that day’s services to supervision; Verify and organize insurance claim forms, generate service protocols, and forward them to supervision; · Receive, authorize, and/or register external materials received from partner clinics and/or hospitals; · Answer telephone calls; · Take and relay messages; · Schedule external specimen collections; · Register documents; · Record patient complaints and compliments; · Report daily performance of area activities to support coordination in decision-making; · Comply with quality and management system requirements; Be available to attend technical and behavioral training sessions; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.700,00 \- R$1\.780,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care coverage * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed High School (Preferred) Experience: * Laboratory experience (Mandatory)
