Job Summary:
Supervise geotechnical drilling activities in the field, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with technical standards and safety requirements.

**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise geotechnical drilling activities in the field;
* Assign tasks to the team, ensuring adherence to schedules and technical standards;
* Monitor service execution in accordance with technical standards and project specifications;
* Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE);
* Monitor productivity, field logs, and reports;
* Support the technical team in interpreting drilling results;
* Uphold occupational safety and sound environmental practices;
* Report deviations, risks, or maintenance needs to coordination.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Proven experience in drilling (SPT, rotary, mixed, or similar methods);
* Experience leading field teams;
* Availability for fieldwork and travel.
**Desirable:**
* Technical course in Construction, Mining, or related fields;
* Driver's license category B;
* Knowledge of reading geotechnical drawings and reports.

Salary: R$1\.580,81 \- R$2\.795,22 per month
