Activities: * Provide input for technical analyses on the electrical system considering team feedback, field visits, and historical data, identify system needs, and propose process improvements; * Support management in developing shift schedules, on-call duties, and team programming; verify expected return times and suggest schedule adjustments; * Check and monitor the availability of necessary resources and materials such as tools, PPEs, tablets, SMC, etc.; * Monitor performance indicators and targets and support the development of action plans; * Propose prioritization of resources to meet all demands; * Provide operational support to teams, guiding them according to current procedures and regulations; * Monitor and provide technical support to field teams, striving for excellence in safety, quality, productivity, activity reporting, material application, and return.
