Join us! **Learn More About Wilson Sons!** Website: www.wilsonsons.com.br Instagram: wilsonsons Facebook: pt\-br.facebook.com/WilsonsonsBR Linkedin: www.linkedin.com/company/wilsonsons/ **Responsibilities and Duties*** Ensure the Agreed Service Level for Technology Solutions through monitoring and control of key performance indicators. * Manage departmental procedures and routines to guarantee their implementation. * Manage the Network and Datacenter environment to ensure service availability. * Lead departmental projects according to Tecon Salvador’s project methodology. * Provide Infrastructure and Systems Technical Support via the Service Desk. * Manage Information Security in accordance with Corporate Policies and Local Guidelines. * Maintain a Systems Improvement Management Schedule to meet departmental needs. * Ensure solution implementation through monitoring of tasks defined in activity planning. * Report Project Status and IT Key Performance Indicators to Management for decision support. \-Manage your team by daily tracking of attendance, time bank, vacations, compensatory time off, \-rewards, shift schedule adjustments, days off, performance evaluations, career development plans, feedback, and team training—ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of established goals. * Promote and comply with the Integrated Policy and SMS Principles, meet established targets, and ensure adherence to SMS procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Higher Education Degree — Technology, Engineering, Administration or related fields * Mandatory Technical Knowledge: Databases Programming Languages Project Management (PMI) Process Definition and Design Key\-User for Systems Projects or *Full\-Stack* Developer with technical leadership in IT projects.
