




Responsibilities: * Assist employees who visit the HR department for document submission, inquiries, and clarifications regarding Personnel Department matters, reviewing medical certificates, justifications, and other documents, ensuring accurate work-related information is provided. * Classify, organize, register, dispatch, and archive documents related to the Human Resources area, keeping them organized and controlled for future reference. * Make updates in employee work records and registration files when changes occur in salary, job title, vacations, or other modifications, ensuring documentation remains current and compliant with labor legislation. * Assist in preparing data for payroll processing based on time card records, noting absences, delays, overtime, and other irregularities for deduction or payment purposes. * Maintain personnel records, including interns and absent employees, extracting data from the system and producing monthly reports for managerial reporting and monitoring. * Request, control, and distribute monthly transportation vouchers to employees according to registered quantities and types, ensuring proper payroll deductions. * Review payroll reports, checking for transcription errors and making necessary corrections. * Assist in employee onboarding processes, collecting and verifying new employees' documents, scheduling medical exams, and completing the hiring procedure. * Carry out employee termination procedures, informing employees about required steps, updating documentation, and managing the entire dismissal process. * Request from the contracted third-party service provider the calculation of labor charges and preparation of payment forms, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines and requirements. * Coordinate with the contracted third-party service provider the calculation of payments related to payroll closing, vacations, and employment contract terminations, aiming to produce reports, payment receipts, and payment forms in compliance with legal deadlines. * Ensure cleanliness in the human resources area, maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote optimal hygiene and usability. * Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
