They will play a fundamental role in providing technical guidance for processes, proposing improvements, implementing infrastructure-sharing strategies, and strengthening operational governance. They will also be responsible for technically evaluating and directing EPS (Electric Power Service Providers), ensuring compliance with distribution standards, grid integrity, and operational safety. They will work proficiently with technical systems such as GSE, SAP, and GEOS, delivering advanced analyses and support to involved areas, directly contributing to increased process efficiency and improved performance indicators. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in technical meetings with strategic customers, supporting the commercial analyst and conducting analyses of requests, proposing systemic solutions with operational impact; * Implement process improvements, create controls, standardizations, and technical workflows to enhance efficiency, traceability, and activity safety; * Implement risk assessment and adherence to distributor regulations; * Plan, develop, and implement strategies for infrastructure-sharing processes; * Perform queries and analyses in technical systems (GSE, SAP, GEOS); * Provide specialized technical support in managing contracts with EPS, evaluating productivity, technical compliance, operational performance, and quality indicators; * Actively and strategically participate in telephone cable organization initiatives; * Conduct field-based technical monitoring of cable organization activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety, and risk mitigation; * Assemble, prioritize, and monitor service portfolios to be executed by EPS, ensuring alignment with operational, regulatory, and financial targets; * Interpret, apply, and ensure compliance with pole-sharing norms and guidelines, including safety requirements, minimum distances, structural loading, and grid integrity. **To join our team, you must have:** * Completed Technical Course in Electrotechnology, Automation, Electromechanics, or Electroelectronics; * Valid CFT (Technical Safety Certificate) required for this position; * Driver’s License Category B; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to travel; * Experience in developing workflows, controls, standardizations, and monitoring methodologies. **It is a plus if you have:** * Experience in monitoring and executing maintenance/construction works on distribution and/or telecommunications networks; * Knowledge of programming; * Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, especially regarding cable organization, occupancy, and compliance on poles; * Experience guiding, supervising, and validating third-party deliveries; * Technical representation before customers. **To keep your energy high, check out our benefits:** * Health and Dental Plans covering you and your dependents. * Food Allowance for grocery shopping or Meal Voucher for lunchtime gatherings with colleagues; * Profit and Results Sharing Program — the most anticipated moment of the year!; * Totalpass for physical activity and renewed energy; * Language Program to help you improve in another language; * Daycare Assistance to support childcare; * Private Pension Plan for a more tranquil future; * Life Insurance to support our employees at every stage.
