Responsibilities and Duties Prepare teaching materials and deliver Physics classes using methodologies appropriate to the subject matter and students' profiles; Assess and monitor the teaching\-learning process and students' performance, assigning grades, ratings, and/or descriptive evaluations; Develop practical and theoretical activities, clarify doubts, and encourage logical and scientific reasoning; Adapt pedagogical plans and projects to meet specific learning needs, promoting inclusion and equity; Record classroom practices, assessments, and other pedagogical information according to institutional guidelines; Participate in pedagogical meetings, class councils, professional development sessions, and other school-wide collective activities; Stimulate interest in Physics by applying its principles to everyday life contexts, technology, and other fields of knowledge; Participate in educational and community initiatives promoted by the school; Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Working Hours:** Weekly workload of 11 class hours, as follows: Tuesdays, 6:00 PM to 7:40 PM (biweekly) Wednesdays, 7:20 AM to 10:20 AM Fridays, 7:20 AM to 12:10 PM 100% in-person position **Work Location:** Centro Educacional Serra dos Órgãos \- CESO \- Av. Alberto Torres, 111 \- Alto \- Teresópolis Requirements and Qualifications Completed undergraduate degree \- Bachelor's in Physics Education; Lesson planning aligned with curriculum guidelines; Residency in Teresópolis — 100% in-person position; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Feso values diversity and promotes inclusion of People with Disabilities (PwD).
