Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams, ensuring planning, execution, and control of processes, as well as preparing performance reports. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and coordination of multidisciplinary maintenance teams. 2. Planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance. 3. Cost control and preparation of performance reports. **ACTIVITIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and/or building maintenance teams * Plan and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance * Ensure compliance with deadlines, safety regulations, and technical procedures * Control work orders, materials, spare parts, and maintenance costs * Support technical diagnostics and resolution of equipment failures * Prepare performance reports and indicators (KPIs) **PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or higher education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields * Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Team Leader * Knowledge of industrial/building maintenance * Basic knowledge of occupational safety (NRs) * Leadership and organizational skills * Flexible working hours * Valid Driver's License Category B **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in team management * Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS and others) * Courses or certifications in the field **COMPENSATION** Market-competitive salary ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) ### **Department:** Other cities
