Will work analytically and strategically, integrating digital marketing, content, automation, and performance initiatives to drive company growth. **Required Knowledge:** * Design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator — preferred). * Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook). * Basic knowledge of paid traffic (Google Ads, Meta Ads). * Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere — preferred). * Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing. **Other Desired Knowledge:** * CRM and automation tools (RD Station, HubSpot). Basic knowledge of CCTV, access control, IT, and remote concierge services **Responsibilities:** 1\. Develop and execute demand-generation strategies to attract, nurture, and qualify leads. 2\. Plan and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads). 3\. Create and manage landing pages, automation workflows, and nurturing journeys. 4\. Monitor and analyze metrics such as CPL, MQL, SQL, CAC, stage-by-stage conversion, and ROI. 5\. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales. 6\. Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve performance and conversion. 7\. Produce or coordinate the creation of strategic content (rich materials, emails, ads, scripts). 8\. Manage the CRM and ensure data quality and segmentation accuracy. 9\. Identify growth opportunities and continuously optimize the funnel. Prepare reports and presentations of results for leadership. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design, or related fields — completed or in progress (preferred). **Experience:** * 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, design, or communications. * Experience with technology, IT, electronic security, or B2B service companies is preferred.
