WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT I

Description

Assist warehouse activities including receiving, inspection, storage, control, and distribution of materials to customers, in accordance with company standards and procedures. **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks, verifying their entry and exit against invoices; * Receive and store materials using equipment that does not require specific training for operation; * Perform tasks related to material storage, organization, preservation, and cleaning of both materials and the warehouse; * Serve customers at the warehouse counter, receiving requests and delivering requested materials; * Participate in inventory counts by conducting physical stock verification to ensure alignment with inventory records; * Issue outgoing material invoices; * Sort materials for return and forward related documentation for required procedures; * Check expired items, monitor expiration dates, and notify the Warehouse Manager when validity is nearing expiration; * Record material issuance transactions in the system. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in logistics or warehousing; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **Additional information** We offer a benefits package aligned with market standards, which **may vary** depending on the operation/contract: * Medical assistance; * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Meal allowance (meal voucher and/or food voucher); * Transportation allowance (transportation voucher or company-provided shuttle); * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Development and wellness programs; * Profit Sharing and Results Program (PSRP), subject to achievement of established goals. **Important:** * Benefits granted per employment contract and/or collective bargaining agreement; * Benefits **may not be** cumulative; * Specific conditions will be communicated during the selection process and upon hiring.
