PCP Analyst (Production Planning and Control) We are seeking a PCP Analyst to work on production planning and control, ensuring raw material organization, process efficiency, and adherence to deadlines. Your work will be essential to guaranteeing productivity and excellence in the distribution of our products. Key Responsibilities: Plan and monitor the production schedule Control inventory of raw materials and finished goods Ensure availability of raw materials and prevent production stoppages Issue production orders Monitor deadlines, quality, and productivity Prepare management reports and performance indicators Requirements: Technical degree in Logistics, PCP, or related fields Experience in production planning and control ERP knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Desired Profile: Organizational skills and analytical mindset Strong communication and negotiation abilities Focus on processes, deadlines, and quality Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education: * Production/Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Logistics Operations, Postgraduate Specialization/MBA * Transportation allowance * Commissions * Profit-sharing program * Meal voucher * Food allowance
