Responsibilities: * Prospect new clients and sales opportunities * Serve and negotiate with clients (in person, online, or by phone) * Present products/services clearly and persuasively * Follow up on the sales process until closure * Maintain relationships with the client portfolio * Achieve performance goals and metrics Requirements: * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Dynamic, organized, and results-oriented profile * Sales experience (preferred but not mandatory) * Basic knowledge of digital tools (WhatsApp, social media, CRM, etc.) * Driver's license category B We Offer: * Fixed salary + Attractive commission with no earnings cap * Opportunity for professional growth * Training and commercial support Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.621,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
