Brewery seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Nova Friburgo (Ponte da Saudade). **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing dishes from the brewery’s menu, following established recipes and standards. Perform pre-preparation of ingredients, such as cutting, chopping, and seasoning food. Assist in organizing and cleaning the kitchen, ensuring food hygiene and safety. Collaborate in organizing and managing kitchen inventory of food and supplies. Assist in plating dishes and finalizing customer orders. Collaborate in maintaining kitchen equipment, reporting any issues to the responsible person. Adhere to food safety and personal hygiene standards while working in the kitchen. Collaborate with the kitchen team and follow instructions from the chef or head cook. Perform other kitchen-related tasks as needed and requested by management.
