




Job Summary: The Facilities Supervisor will coordinate operations, teams, and processes while maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure efficiency and quality. This includes supervising teams, managing operational demands, planning and optimizing processes, and maintaining solid relationships with clients and suppliers. Coordinate between 300 to 500 people Supervise staff ranging from General Services Assistants to Contract Supervisors **\*Responsibilities\*** Supervise and coordinate outsourced teams. Ensure contract execution in accordance with established standards. Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements. Manage operational logistics and work schedules. Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any operational issues. Control operational costs and optimize resources. Maintain active communication with various departments within the company. Conduct alignment meetings and team training sessions. **Requirements:** Driver’s license Category B and experience driving in large urban centers, such as Rio de Janeiro. Prior experience managing large teams, preferably in facilities management companies. Skills in team management and conflict resolution. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field. Willingness to travel—including assignments lasting from 1 week up to 60 days away. **\*Preferred Education and Experience:\*** Bachelor’s degree—preferably in Business Administration, though any field is acceptable.
