




**City:** Silvania**State:** Goiás (BR\-GO)**Country:** Brazil (BR)**Request Number:** 42078 * Support activities related to the Training and Development Plan, contributing to the improvement of employees’ professional performance and, consequently, to the company’s results, in accordance with established corporate guidelines. * Support preparation of “headcount” controls, updating hires, terminations, transfers, replacements, promotions, and other movements, presenting and managing human resources in line with the unit’s staffing plan and budget. * Participate in monitoring services provided by third parties involving the Human Resources area—such as meal vouchers, food vouchers, and others—as well as manage payments to HR service providers, verifying records and ensuring compliance with the established budget. * Keep benefit request and delivery procedures up to date; monitor and control related contracts; process payments and accounting entries; identify, analyze, and resolve pending items; verify quality of services delivered by third parties; address employee inquiries, complaints, and needs in accordance with defined policies and applicable legislation. Verify activities inherent to labor routines, such as payroll processing, vacation management, contract termination, union homologations, internship administration, among others. * Perform registration updates (e.g., additions, deletions, data modifications), verify all required information, and forward it to payroll—including data for registration, employee documentation, and granting of company benefits. * Conduct verification and monitoring of payroll processing, regarding entry of reported items and subsequent submission for processing. * Monitor and oversee execution of hiring and separation routines. * Perform document archiving and update of employee registration data through collection, verification, and archiving of documents, as well as correct input of registration information into the system. * Ensure timely delivery of documents and benefits to employees, within established deadlines. * Manage electronic timekeeping at the unit, verifying activation or deactivation of employee access according to defined policy, validating time records and closing hours on the electronic timekeeping system—checking regular hours, overtime, pending items, absences, tardiness, and others—to ensure accurate inclusion in payroll and compliance with applicable legislation. * Verify and monitor vacation processes, including scheduling of vacation periods, checking and validating information, and ensuring proper registration in the payroll system. * Assist employees by clarifying questions about HR policies and practices. * Participate in developing HR management indicators by gathering and consolidating relevant area information, as well as updating the management dashboard. Support talent acquisition processes by providing unit-level support, assisting with position analysis, internal job postings, internal candidate follow-up, and other related tasks. * Monitor and oversee events held at the unit using available internal communication channels to ensure employees have access to all matters of collective interest. Participate in activities required for hiring and terminating temporary labor contracts by verifying and submitting registration data, attendance records, and payment information to the contracting company, thereby maintaining process regularity. * Monitor cases involving job title changes, promotions, transfers, schedule adjustments, and any movement affecting salary changes—observing applicable rules and procedures—to support decision-making in these areas and maintain internal balance per company procedures. Support, within its scope of responsibility, implementation and maintenance of HR projects. * Support and participate in all HR initiatives, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, onboarding programs, performance management, hiring, separations, compensation, job classifications and promotions, restructuring programs, labor guidance, legislation compliance, and employee follow-up. * Support corporate Organizational Development processes, performance evaluation, competency assessment, organizational climate surveys, talent retention, career development, recognition programs—analyzing and verifying needs and implementing solutions accordingly. * Support implementation of training processes, participating in identification and training of workforce across varying levels of technical complexity. * Provide all logistics and material requirements for unit-based training, verifying content, preparing agendas, equipment, rooms, and other elements to meet defined program objectives. * Support implementation of Climate Survey initiatives by monitoring planned actions and their execution to ensure implementation of improvement opportunities and foster a positive working environment among unit employees. * Support implementation of Continuing Education projects by assisting professionals with requests, evaluating proposals with managers, forwarding them to corporate, and implementing and monitoring execution. * Support implementation of Performance Evaluation by providing assistance, tracking, and reporting outcomes for use in Talent Management, Compensation, and related plans. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Generalist HR experience with HR norms and procedures: labor legislation, HR indicators and metrics, personnel department functions, HR operations (DHO), recruitment and selection. * Willingness to travel.
