Contribution to biodiversity conservation **Job Description:** Performs soil preparation, planting, irrigation, and crop management tasks, applying sustainable and organic techniques. Assists in biological pest control and monitors plant development. Implements soil and water conservation practices, performs composting, and contributes to biodiversity conservation, avoiding waste and contamination. Assists in harvesting, sorting, and cleaning, ensuring quality and traceability. Maintains equipment and ensures workplace organization. **Requirements:** Prior experience in agricultural or gardening activities is a plus. Basic knowledge of cultivation, fertilization, and soil management.
