Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we’re looking for:** An organized and proactive individual. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Providing user support via phone, remote, or in-person assistance, and logging incidents to enable analysis and resolution—escalating to resolver groups when necessary; * Handling incidents related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Microsoft Office suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security, and products; * Delivering technical support to ensure high availability and performance of client platforms; and, when required, guiding and training users; * Performing requirement analysis, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment related to infrastructure; * Conducting directory mapping, configuring POP/Exchange and Lotus Notes email, setting up user profiles, installing VPN, configuring Active Directory and IP addresses; Performing requirement analysis, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment related to infrastructure; * **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required knowledge:** * Windows; * Active Directory; * Terminal Server; * Computer Networks; * Basic Information Security concepts. **Preferred qualifications:** * ITIL certification; * MCITP: EA or MCSE certification. **Working Hours:** * 08:00–17:00 at Macaé Airport – RJ **NOTE:** Hey!
