Perform ingredient pre-preparation, such as cutting vegetables, meats, and other foods. Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, including sanitizing utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Assist in plating dishes following the chef's instructions and ensuring proper presentation. Collaborate in organizing food inventory and restocking items as needed. Previous experience as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
