It provides human resource management solutions for various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Manage the sales team and other store staff, ensuring all fulfill their responsibilities and achieve established goals. Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing, inventory control, merchandise restocking, customer service, and sales floor organization. Develop sales and marketing strategies to increase store revenue and profitability. Ensure customer satisfaction by efficiently and professionally resolving issues and complaints.
