




* A professional focused on ensuring that Flash Global’s established quality standards and processes are met by all its partners and operations worldwide. This role conducts audits, monitors KPIs, supports implementations, handles local operational demands related to Flash Global and FSLs across multiple countries, tracks customer-generated incidents, identifies areas for improvement, proposes solutions, leads training sessions, maintains updated Work Instructions (WIs), prepares budgets for goods and services, and maintains direct communication with various departments within the company. **Responsibilities and Attributions** **Requisites and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Engineering, Logistics, Quality-related fields, Business Administration, or IT. **Key Activities:** * Ensure Flash Global’s quality standards and processes are upheld across all Forward Stocking Locations (FSLs) and operational teams globally; * Conduct virtual audits and monitor them via the dashboard; * Deliver operational training, tracking training records; * Maintain Work Instructions (WIs) updated per global standards, developing new ones as needed; * Support partners and operational teams with Flash Global-related operational requests; * Monitor Partner Managers’ (PMs) responses to customer-created Incidents (events), assess the quality of proposed solution analysis, track and document implementation of corrective actions; * Ensure compliance with the FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act); * Develop Cards / KPIs in Flash Global’s Microsoft Power BI; * Perform daily monitoring of KPIs for critical operations; * Conduct weekly meetings with all global regions to review regional weekly performance, maintain an updated action plan for performance gaps, and monitor their progress; * Generate QBR (Quarterly Business Review) reports for PMs’ supplier meetings; * Identify/map opportunities for process improvement and automation, propose process enhancements, implement and monitor improvements and automation using quality tools and BOT/RPA technologies; * Monitor and control new client implementations via the tracker on the Smartsheet platform; * Validate agent billing; * Support regional PMs in various ways, managing local demands; * Serve as the interface between U.S.-based Information Technology operations and the team, opening tickets and scheduling meetings; * Execute procurement processes for goods and services; * Distribute global announcements regarding process changes and validation meetings; * Provide support to the area manager across various projects; * Conduct operational network modeling analyses using corporate tools. **Requirements:** * Advanced English and intermediate Spanish proficiency required; * Knowledge of general logistics processes; * Familiarity with international logistics; * Quality process experience preferred; * Experience with KPIs / BIs and related tools preferred; * Process mapping knowledge preferred. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Medical insurance; * Wellness sessions; * Profit-sharing program; * Professional Development Program; * Dental insurance; * Childcare allowance; * Tuition assistance; * Life insurance; * Meal/food voucher; * Transportation voucher.
