**Responsibilities:** * Configure technology equipment; * Support the company’s mobile and landline telephony systems; * Support users’ activities related to information technology; * Configure email accounts; * Assist and guide users in using software, including installation and correct usage, performing repairs when necessary; * Support the control of equipment flow sent/received for technical assistance; * Perform related tasks as requested and directed by the immediate supervisor; * Achieve productivity, quality, and behavioral targets; * Monitor technological advancements and become familiar with technologies currently used within the company; * Stay up-to-date by reading operational procedures, attending meetings, training sessions, certifications, and other relevant activities; * Keep the knowledge base updated: monitor the review and updating of operational procedures (documents), research new solutions, critically analyze processes, and propose improvements; * Comply with the company’s occupational safety regulations, using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPE) whenever applicable; * Comply with company policies and procedures, consulting them whenever necessary to ensure quality in work delivered and expected by internal and external customers; * Perform related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
