Website updates and promotion tracking A clothing store is seeking an E\-commerce Attendant in Nova Friburgo (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Customer service: respond to inquiries, provide product information, assist customers in selecting sizes and colors, and efficiently and courteously resolve customer issues and complaints. Order processing: receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely shipment according to established deadlines. Inventory management: monitor product stock levels, conduct inventories, and ensure products are available for sale on the website. Website updates: maintain the store’s website with new products, promotions, and other relevant customer information. Returns and exchanges management: assist customers wishing to return or exchange products, in accordance with company policies. Previous experience as an Online Sales Assistant, E\-commerce Consultant, Digital Customer Service Operator, or Online Customer Support Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position.
