Assist in recruitment and selection processes. Organize and update employee files and documentation. Draft and distribute internal announcements. Support timekeeping and attendance control. Assist in completing and submitting labor and social security documentation. Support corporate benefits management. Previous experience as HR Assistant, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, Training and Development Assistant, or HR Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
