We are looking for an Event Assistant to join **Aventura Lab**, an innovative, technological, and enchanting children's party venue designed to deliver unforgettable experiences for children and their families. The professional will support client service, sales processes, administrative organization, and event production—ensuring each party is executed with excellence from start to finish. We seek a proactive, organized, attentive individual who is comfortable interacting with clients and managing a dynamic workload. **Key Responsibilities:** * Initial client outreach for parties and events. * Sending quotations, presenting the venue’s packages, and following up through the booking process. * Scheduling and receiving clients for venue tours, highlighting the venue’s unique features. * Updating CRM records and monitoring the sales funnel. * Supporting administrative routines, including contract organization, payments, and documentation. * Maintaining relationships with clients who have already booked events, ensuring prior alignment of details. * Managing a freelance talent pool, assisting with scheduling and hiring for events. * Supporting event production, including setup, organization, decoration verification, vendor coordination, infrastructure, and supplies. * Assisting with inventory control, receiving, verifying, and organizing materials. * What You Need to Have and Know * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactive attitude and ease in handling clients. * Proficiency with digital tools and systems, especially CRM. * Experience in customer service, sales, or event-related operations. **Benefits:** Commission \+ Transportation Allowance \+ On-site Meals **About the Company:** Aventura Lab is a children's party venue offering innovative and enchanting experiences for children and their families.
