We currently have an opening for a Continuous Improvement Analyst at AIVA Lubricants, based in Alvorada/RS. Daily Responsibilities:* Mapping and analyzing the company’s production and administrative processes; * Conducting detailed analyses of administrative and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions; * Applying methodologies such as WCM, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA to optimize processes; * Developing new methods or adapting existing ones to improve the performance of production or administrative processes; * Providing training and upskilling employees involved in the processes to ensure changes are properly understood and correctly implemented; * Addressing challenges and obstacles while maintaining a positive, solution-focused mindset; * Collaborating with other departments—including production, quality, maintenance, and safety—to ensure process integration; * Creating and monitoring KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure process efficiency and the impact of improvements; * Complying with all company-mandated standards, such as Quality Policy, Environmental Management, and Safety; * Documenting processes, implemented changes, and achieved results, generating reports that demonstrate the impact of improvements.
