Assist in organizing and controlling food inventory The restaurant seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Nova Friburgo (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation tasks such as washing, cutting, and peeling ingredients. Assist in plating dishes and finalizing dishes before service. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Assist in organizing and controlling food and supply inventory. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Cooking Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
