* Prepare paints according to technical specifications and customer or production requirements. * Mix and dilute paints, pigments, and other components according to established standards. * Adjust paint colors when necessary to meet process or customer requirements. * Check the quality of prepared paints, ensuring they meet color, viscosity, and other characteristic standards. * Conduct tests and samples of paints for approval before large-scale use. * Make adjustments to paint mixtures if there are any deviations from specifications. * Operate and keep clean the equipment and tools used in paint preparation; * Monitor stock levels of paints, pigments, and other supplies, requesting replenishment when necessary. * Ensure raw materials are stored properly, following safety and preservation regulations. * Strictly follow workplace safety regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Comply with environmental and safety regulations when handling chemicals and other materials used in paint preparation. * Assist in the paint application process when necessary, ensuring batches are ready for use. * Maintain accurate records on the quantity of paints prepared, materials used, adjustments made, and quality test results. * Fill out production reports and control batches of prepared paints to ensure traceability.
