Ensuring safety and quality in environments **Job Description:** Responsible for supervising and guiding the general services assistants team, ensuring proper execution of cleaning, organization, and maintenance activities across facilities. Involved in planning cleaning routines, controlling materials, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide the general services assistants team. * Assign tasks, organize work schedules, and monitor activity execution. * Monitor attendance, punctuality, and team performance. * Conduct operational training related to cleaning and organizational routines. * Develop cleaning schedules (daily, weekly, and monthly). * Perform area inspections to ensure standards of cleanliness, organization, and quality. * Manage inventory and appropriate usage of cleaning materials and supplies. * Ensure correct use of PPE by the team. * Provide guidance on safe handling of chemical products and implement accident prevention measures. **Expected Competencies:** * Leadership and organizational skills * Attention to detail * Strong communication and team guidance abilities * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety regulations Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Transportation voucher Work Location: On the road
