




Job Summary: Responsible for the entire procurement process, supplier contract management, bid evaluation, and registration-related activities. Key Highlights: 1. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel **Responsibilities:** * Manage the full procurement process (equipment, warehouse items, and maintenance services); * Manage supplier contracts (contractual balances and deadlines); * Perform bid evaluation in coordination with the technical department; * Handle registrations, purchase requests, quotations, and purchase orders. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience in negotiation and contracts (knowledge of commercial clauses is a plus); * Prior experience in this role.
