Industrial Production Manager - Dairy Segment
We are seeking an **industrial leader** with extensive experience in **managing manufacturing operations in the dairy industry**, capable of integrating strategy, execution, and performance. The professional will be responsible for leading industrial operations with a focus on productivity, profitability, food safety, and continuous team development. The challenge involves leading operational transformation, ensuring productive efficiency, asset reliability, and sustained results through structured processes, Lean culture, and high-performance indicators. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Manage all manufacturing operations, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, PCP, Utilities, Warehousing, SESMT, and Environment; \- Lead teams of supervisors, coordinators, and operational staff, promoting a high-performance culture and technical development; \- Plan and execute the Annual Production and Maintenance Plan, optimizing resources, costs (OPEX/CAPEX), and equipment availability; \- Drive continuous improvement projects and factory performance governance (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, yield, losses); \- Work on the implementation of new products, process automation, and factory layout restructuring, in partnership with Engineering, R&D, and Sales; \- Lead the development of industrial indicators and performance dashboards; \- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring legal, environmental, and labor compliance; \- Actively participate in strategic operational planning, focusing on cost reduction, increased productivity, and result sustainability; \- Develop and monitor cost-saving plans and industrial investment projects (CAPEX). **Education: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, or related fields;** Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Industrial Management or Projects **Minimum Experience: 10 years in industrial management within the dairy segment (powdered milk, whey, cheese, or derivatives);** **Behavioral Profile:** Leadership, hands-on attitude, strong execution capability, and strategic vision; ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams; focus on results, operational efficiency, and business sustainability; high competence in negotiation, conflict management, and interdepartmental communication; Lean mindset oriented toward continuous improvement and process innovation; ethical, resilient, and inspiring attitude when facing complex challenges. **What we offer**: Structured industrial environment with high growth potential; opportunity to lead operational transformation projects in a leading company in the dairy sector.
