Job Summary: Controller professional to work in Accounting and Tax areas, structuring routines, implementing Controller and FP&A functions, and leading ERP implementation. Key Highlights: 1. Structure, organize, and standardize accounting and tax routines. 2. Implement and establish the Controller and FP&A department. 3. Lead the implementation and integration of an ERP system (SAP B1). A telecommunications company is seeking a Controller professional in Vitória de Santo Antão (Downtown). Dtel is a Brazilian company operating in the telecommunications sector, providing telephone and internet services. Focused on innovation and quality, the company aims to meet its customers' communication needs. **Responsibilities:** Initially act as the responsible person for Accounting and Tax departments. Structure, organize, and standardize accounting and tax routines. Implement and establish the Controller and FP\&A department. Lead the implementation and integration of an ERP system (SAP B1\). Manage accounting closings and compliance with deadlines. Conduct budgetary control and financial analysis. Develop management reports, KPIs, and executive presentations. Support resource-raising strategies through financial modeling. Previous experience as Financial Analyst, Controller Manager, Budget Coordinator, or Finance Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
