You stand out if you have: * Preferably with specialization in Project Management; * Experience leading projects; Summary description: Ensure the execution and outcomes of engineering projects under your responsibility, detailing the project plan according to alignment with responsible professionals, acting as liaison with stakeholders, and monitoring activities across various specialties to contribute to contract fulfillment within specifications agreed upon with the client. Detailed description: * Ensure development of viable projects, observing technical, environmental, legal, and compliance criteria, as well as meeting organizational objectives within scheduled timelines, budgets, and in accordance with strategic assumptions contracted by the client. * Ensure compliance with engineering standards and best practices in project management and implementation, whether by internal professionals or through technical adequacy of suppliers or service providers under current contracts. * Monitor engineering project progress regarding technical aspects, schedule adherence, and delivery quality, as well as contracted deliverables from external companies, through rigorous monitoring and application of project governance rules, ensuring alignment with approved contracts. * Establish interface with the implementation lead and ensure proper handover (final delivery) through alignment of assumptions and receipt of sign-offs (release documentation). * Define performance indicators for projects under your responsibility, monitor results, propose and implement corrective actions when necessary, aiming to meet defined targets. * Ensure corrections of as-built items identified by the implementation area, to guarantee fidelity of designs to actual execution. * Provide operational guidance to the team and distribute tasks to be performed in the area, facilitating and integrating team work, aiming to enhance efforts toward achieving results. * Be responsible for applying staff competencies and time allocations for operations under your responsibility, assessing workload demands, individual requirements, and compliance with legal obligations, ensuring administrative aspects of employment relationships—such as vacations, timekeeping, role changes, or workplace changes—are fulfilled, aligning with the immediate manager for implementation. 2512290202491772170
