Provide technical support to ensure efficient infrastructure operation, including performing preventive and corrective maintenance. Additionally, diagnose and resolve issues, and implement necessary improvements and updates. Also collaborate with the team to execute projects related to infrastructure expansion and optimization. **Education Level:** Completed High School. A technical course in computer networking, electronics, telecommunications, or electrotechnology—and/or related fields—is desirable. **Technical and Specific Knowledge:** Basic/intermediate knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Notepad) is desirable; Code of Ethics and Conduct; Public Service; LGPD—General Data Protection Law (basic knowledge). Possession of NR10 and NR35 certifications; Knowledge of operation and maintenance of networks, lines, and infrastructure; Knowledge of Telecommunications Network Infrastructure. **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 6 (six) months’ experience in related activities. * Install equipment, optical fiber cables, racks, servers, and other devices required for network operation. * Perform cable laying, splicing, and diagnostics on optical backbones. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on telecommunications network equipment and structures. * Perform equipment testing to ensure proper functionality and proactively identify failures or technical issues. * Assist network and infrastructure analysts in diagnosing and correcting failures in equipment and structure operations. * Report and document interventions, updates, and configurations performed to ensure an adequate record of operations and network infrastructure. * Ensure all installations and maintenance comply with internal standards, ABNT standards, and relevant safety and environmental regulations. * Stay updated on new technologies and practices in the field of telecommunications to improve skills and operational efficiency. * Ensure personal safety, proper use and maintenance of PPEs. * Follow standards and procedures of processes under one’s responsibility. * Stay informed about new market trends related to the area of expertise and propose process improvements and innovation for products and services. * Follow Internal Regulations and guide the team regarding people management processes: vacation program, and participate in personnel movement processes (recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and dismissals). * Familiarize oneself with new products and services offered by the company. * Proactively address customer problems and needs. * Promote and participate in company events and meetings, as well as engage in social and team-building activities. * Uphold ethical and professional conduct standards as part of organizational culture. * Maintain, service, clean, and ensure proper functioning of departmental equipment and facilities. * Maintain organization of physical and digital company documents, ensuring accurate and timely updates. * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
