Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and focused professional with leadership skills to build customer relationships, assist in prospecting, and ensure efficient operational management while interfacing with various internal and external areas. This person will be responsible for (daily responsibilities and activities, projects to be executed): * Building close relationships with customers by regularly visiting module assembly areas; * Assisting in prospecting new customers; * Monitoring deliveries of new modules and performing corrective and preventive maintenance within their area of responsibility; * Managing the local warehouse and scheduling operational team activities; * Interfacing with all internal departments to ensure efficient handling of area-related demands; * Supporting measurement activities and acting as intermediary with the financial teams of clients under their portfolio, ensuring clear and accurate communication; * Controlling all area-related demands via spreadsheets and systems, maintaining updated indicators and regularly reporting to their immediate supervisor; * Actively participating in systemic management of SAP and Opus Care, while interfacing with Occupational Safety to ensure proper mobilization of teams deployed at client sites and necessary equipment for task execution; * Conducting technical visits to prepare measurement reports and identify damages, contributing to precise situational analysis; * Knowing and complying with all Opus policies regarding conduct, ethics, compliance, quality, reliability, occupational safety, health, and environment, suggesting improvements and contributing to eliminating situations that may pose risks to people or the environment. Requirements and Qualifications (desired education, tool knowledge): * Experience in customer service; * Commercial area experience is a plus; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Valid driver's license; * Experience in mining/steel industry and knowledge of mobilization are desirable; * SAP system knowledge; * Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration; * Experience working at Gerdau Steelworks and Mining is a plus; * Work location: Ouro Branco, MG
