Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills **JUNIOR SCRUM MASTER** **Job Description:** Facilitate core agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Plan, organize, and track projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-value deliveries. Ensure alignment among teams, priorities, and deadlines. Identify risks, remove impediments, and maintain a continuous and efficient workflow. Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to organize and prioritize the backlog. Monitor performance metrics and indicators: deadlines, scope, quality, and productivity. Facilitate cross-functional communication and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or hybrids). Proficiency in management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Monday, Asana, or similar. Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in digital or technology environments.
