Job Summary: A professional responsible for driving trucks, performing deliveries, coordinating the unloading team, ensuring vehicle safety and maintenance, and complying with company regulations. Attention to vehicle safety and maintenance Drive trucks carrying IRRF products and deliver them to respective customers; record any incidents occurring during deliveries; report any vehicle defects to the transportation supervisor; immediately notify the transportation supervisor of any incidents that may hinder the next delivery; use the designated fuel card for the vehicle; use the tracking equipment according to training; inspect the vehicle as per the checklist. Coordinate the unloading team under your responsibility; attach supporting documents for expenses incurred during trips/deliveries; submit expense reports to the transportation supervisor. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Use equipment correctly, complying with traffic laws and company directives; * Drive the vehicle appropriately; * Comply with legislation and preserve company assets; * Correctly sort products to be delivered to customers, guiding delivery personnel as effectively as possible; * Accurately follow product descriptions on invoices in accordance with physical items and their respective quantities; * Ensure delivery quality at the customer’s location; * Clearly report existing vehicle issues so the corresponding SM can be generated; * Notify the transportation supervisor of any vehicle anomalies; * Maintain work tools in proper working condition; * Properly use the fuel card assigned to you; * Verify total fuel volume dispensed and related registration information; * Ensure transactions are conducted correctly; * Inspect the vehicle as per the checklist; * Examine the vehicle and record findings on the standard form; * Ensure the vehicle remains in good condition; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of the workplace, and ensure appropriate and safe use of equipment in your work area; * Apply Quality principles; * Maintain a satisfactory work environment for employees, prevent waste, and avoid accidents; * Ensure safety by using personal protective equipment (PPE) and following IRRF’s safety norms and procedures; * Apply Quality principles; * Prevent occupational accidents and diseases. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed High School. **Courses:** MOPE. Defensive Driving. **Technical/Specific Knowledge:** Safety and environmental regulations.
