Receive health plan beneficiaries at the hospital’s main entrance, providing conveniences according to job responsibilities and thereby maintaining visual harmony in your workplace. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor the release of newborns; * Prevent unauthorized personnel from entering operational areas and/or units; * Identify breaches of processes and procedures; * Control the entry/exit of materials and equipment within the unit; * Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); * Screen beneficiaries, visitors, employees, service providers, and others; * Receive health plan beneficiaries at facilities; * Assist health plan beneficiaries with mobility difficulties; * Perform other related activities as determined by supervisors. **Requirements and qualifications** * Minimum education: Completed elementary school **Additional information** **Work schedule:** 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM — rotating 12x36 shift **Unit:** Imesa Hospital — Alfenas/MG **What we offer?** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Partnerships and discounts with educational institutions; * TotalPass (partnership with gyms); * Growth opportunities.
