As a Mid-Level Maintenance Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities within our company. Your main responsibilities will include: * Planning and organizing maintenance activities, ensuring efficiency and optimization of resources; * Monitoring and controlling maintenance performance indicators, proposing improvements and solutions to problems; * Managing the maintenance team, leading and guiding technicians in their tasks; * Preparing reports and analyses on maintenance performance, presenting relevant information to management; * Participating in the development of projects and continuous improvement initiatives in the maintenance area. Requirements: To become part of this team, you must have: * Completed high school or pursuing a higher education degree. * Previous experience in maintenance control, preferably in construction or industrial sector companies. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance management of heavy equipment. * Knowledge of construction equipment maintenance, such as excavators, backhoes, trucks, and other machinery. * Familiarity with tire management and diesel consumption tracking, including inventory monitoring and consumption averages. * Proficiency in computer skills, including basic Windows tools, and preferably knowledge of software such as RM TOTVS and Protheus. * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, along with skills in planning preventive maintenance and schedules. * Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with maintenance teams, operators, and suppliers. * Teamwork ability and collaboration with different departments. * Capacity to identify issues and propose solutions independently, aiming for operational efficiency.
