Job Summary: Assist the IT team with routine tasks, hardware/software installation and configuration, user support, and system security maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Hardware/software configuration and security **WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00 (always including a 1-hour break).** **JOB DESCRIPTION:** * Assist the team with routine tasks, help triage departmental service requests, and monitor IT performance indicators; * Install and configure hardware, software, and drivers; * Provide Level 1 technical support for computers and related devices; * Support users with Hospital systems; * Manage security settings and software on computers and networks to ensure privacy and protection against attacks; * Perform regular system updates to ensure timely upgrades; * Diagnose system failures or errors and report them to the team; * Collaborate with technicians and assistants to organize maintenance sessions aimed at identifying and resolving inefficiencies; * Maintain records of repairs and corrections for future reference; * Deliver timely technical support and instruct users on proper computer and system usage; * Keep the IT department organized, clean, and well-documented.
