Mentor junior developers. **Description:** We are looking for professionals who want to make a difference by directly tackling one of the biggest challenges in the Brazilian tax landscape: the Tax Reform. Our development team leads the Fiscal Management product, responsible for adapting and evolving our solutions to meet new legal requirements — with direct impact on thousands of companies across the country. Responsibilities and Duties Develop medium-complexity technical solutions with moderate supervision and minimal support, by implementing software requirements using the technologies involved in the project; Understand the software architecture and be capable of working within it through analysis of its components, organization, and functionalities; Create medium-complexity tests—whether manual or automated—that cover the intended behavior of developed technical components, using requirements and testing tools; Document development stages by recording implementation details in version control and documentation tools; Collaborate with the development team to identify business, architectural, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing; Maintain software quality by verifying available processes, tools, and best practices for the product and technologies used; Mentor junior developers by addressing their questions, sharing expertise, designing and architecting solutions, or directing them to supporting documentation; Detail low- and medium-complexity requirements through interaction with clients and departments involved in the project or support activities.
