Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team About the job Our Health team is seeking a Nursing Technician to work at our Poços de Caldas \- MG factory, delivering humanized, safe care aligned with legal requirements and Danone’s Corporate Health guidelines. * Perform occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, change-of-risk, return-to-work, and termination exams) as mandated by NR‑7\. * Organize the unit’s outpatient clinic, ensuring: + Up-to-date medical records; + Medication control; + Maintenance and monitoring of emergency equipment. * Monitor and plan care for employees on leave, in partnership with the Corporate Health Management team. * Ensure excellence in service delivery to employees and contractors, positioning the outpatient clinic as a benchmark for care within Danone Brasil. * Provide urgent and emergency care, administer first aid, and accompany employees to the hospital when necessary. * Support the Corporate Health Management team in tracking strategic indicators, including: + Health and quality-of-life programs; + Clinical and occupational follow-up of cases. * Promote and participate in educational initiatives related to occupational health, reinforcing a culture of prevention and well-being. * Operate according to the EDP operational model routines, which run 24/7 under high demand for examinations and consultations, as demonstrated in internal reports from the Health Operations team. About you * Completed qualification as a Nursing Technician. * Active and compliant COREN‑MG registration. * Up-to-date knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and applicable labor legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience and/or familiarity with the SOC (Occupational Health) system. * Prior experience in industrial settings or large enterprises. * Previous experience working in multidisciplinary teams. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
