The candidate will be responsible for executing administrative processes, interacting with employees, and ensuring compliance with labor obligations and internal policies. **Responsibilities** * Support recruitment and selection processes (resumé screening, interviews, scheduling). * Conduct onboarding for new employees. * Assist in employee engagement, climate, and internal communication initiatives. * Monitor periodic evaluations and performance records. * Execute hiring, termination, and employee movement processes. * Manage and maintain timekeeping records. * Administer employee benefits. * Support payroll processing verification. * Keep labor files and documents up to date. * Address employee and manager inquiries related to labor legislation and internal procedures.
