Leads the team, manages contracts, develops strategies, and drives continuous process improvement. Key responsibilities: * Manage service sales and monitor parts sales within the workshop; * Responsible for department resources and profitability; * Conduct, coordinate, and oversee customer prospecting; * Participate in internal audits; * Participate in external audits; * Conduct periodic meetings with all technical assistance staff to address general internal and external company matters; * Responsible for preventive and corrective actions within the department; * Responsible for administration, control, and management of technical assistance performance indicators such as productivity, efficiency, absorption, and profitability; * Monitor and analyze repair quality through service return records. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Valid Class B driver's license (desirable); * Advanced knowledge of CASE products is a plus; * Experience in personnel management and the field is a plus. **Additional information** * Health and dental insurance; * On-site cafeteria; * Life insurance; * Study subsidy; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program). ### **Racine Group: 57 years of history** Since 1968, we have built our history with dedication, commitment, and professionalism.
