Proactive contact with members and documentation of actions **About the Role** We seek a professional who is attentive, organized, and agile to work in the Tracking Department, ensuring efficient monitoring of member vehicles, incident support, and operational assistance for security and vehicle location-related demands. This role is essential to ensure service quality for members, directly contributing to risk prevention, alert resolution, and departmental operational support. **Main Responsibilities** \- Perform continuous monitoring of tracked vehicles via the tracking platform \- Monitor and handle alerts related to ignition, suspicious movement, blocking, and unblocking \- Support in theft, robbery, and vehicle recovery incidents \- Proactively contact members in case of alerts and security confirmation \- Record all actions in the system/CRM \- Support the 24-hour assistance team and other departments as needed \- Generate operational follow-up reports \- Ensure accurate updating of tracker-related registration information \- Monitor installation, maintenance, and removal of tracking devices \- Follow company operational protocols and security standards **Requirements** \- Completed high school education \- Basic computer and system knowledge \- Strong verbal and written communication skills \- Analytical, attentive, and responsible profile \- Agility in decision-making \- Ability to work under pressure and in urgent situations **Preferred Qualifications** \- Prior experience with vehicle tracking, monitoring, or telematics \- Experience in vehicle protection companies, insurance providers, or monitoring centers \- Familiarity with tracking systems Compensation: R$1\.885,79 \- R$2\.216,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
