Our group comprises 13 companies with over 300 employees collectively, and we invite you to join us on this successful journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** Your responsibilities will include: * Adaptation and Quality Assurance: Actively participate in app adaptation, QA (Quality Assurance), publishing, and review to ensure customer satisfaction; * Project Management: Use Azure to organize and monitor client workflow, ensuring efficiency and effective communication; * Technical Support: Organize and improve support and implementation workflows, using tags and tickets to manage requests effectively; * Problem Resolution: Identify and escalate critical issues—including dissatisfied customers—to the Support Assistant to enable rapid and efficient resolution; * Communication and Documentation: Internally track discussions (via OSTICKET and development processes) to provide constructive feedback to clients and maintain organized documentation in Azure; * Team Support: Support assistants and analysts in customer-focused activities, promoting a collaborative work environment. * Working Hours 30-hour weekly schedule \- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Requirements: **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek a candidate who: * Education: Is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in technology-related fields (e.g., Information Systems, Software Analysis and Development, Engineering, etc.) or other relevant higher education programs; * Communication Skills: Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical and interpretive abilities; * Technical Knowledge: Has familiarity with image manipulation tools and interest in learning about emerging technologies. * Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with web and mobile systems, Trello, Azure DevOps, Jira, Google Play, App Store, VPN, and CRM; * Proficiency in Excel, Word, or Slides for manual creation; * Is self-motivated, possesses a strong appetite for reading and studying, and adapts easily to new tools and technologies.
