Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Leading the team and ensuring operational success across all related processes, directly managing leaders and indirectly managing representatives * Analyzing performance metrics and operational reports, monitoring various activities to identify improvement opportunities; * Developing and communicating analyses, proposing solutions to enhance key metrics and ensure operational excellence; * Identifying and implementing process improvements, making strategic decisions that elevate the experience of both sellers and buyers on our platform; * Developing and engaging a highly efficient team, promoting the highest safety standards while cultivating a positive work environment. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, WMS/LMS systems, and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI); * Proven experience in people and operational team management, with focus on safety, quality, and productivity; * Experience managing direct and indirect teams, acting as a cultural ambassador for our principles and maintaining close contact with all team levels; * Availability to work onsite in Serra \- ES.
