




Job Summary: Professional responsible for in-person and telephone reception, welcoming visitors, providing information, and managing queues to ensure patient satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Queue management and service priority handling **Responsibilities:** Conduct in-person and/or telephone receptions as required, guiding and referring individuals to relevant departments and/or procedures according to internal criteria and defined quality standards, aiming to ensure patient satisfaction and aligning with the current operational unit.
