We are looking for a talent to fill the role of Distribution Assistant. **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities to be performed:** * Perform process management activities, aiming at planning, control, and continuous improvement of operations. * Analyze operational and performance indicators, identifying deviations, optimization opportunities, and proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Conduct technical studies of low- and medium-voltage circuits, evaluating operational conditions, capacity, and compliance with technical standards. * Propose technical solutions for adapting, improving, and optimizing circuits and equipment, ensuring system efficiency, safety, and reliability. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education Level:** Completed high school. **Courses and Specializations:** Participation in training or professional development courses related to the field of work is desirable. **Desirable Courses:** Processes, Standards and Procedures, Quality Management, Regulation, or related areas. **Technical Competencies:** * Monitor and interpret regulatory changes applicable to the process. * Define and update process guidelines, ensuring alignment with internal standards and legal requirements. * Develop, review, and maintain standards, procedures, and work instructions. * Structure, execute, and monitor strategic action plans, tracking deadlines, responsibilities, and outcomes. **Additional Information** **Why apply:** Joining Grupo Equatorial means becoming part of an expanding company whose culture values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
