This means going beyond basic SLAs—focusing on proactive communication, accuracy, and flexibility. **Optimize the Logistics Network:** Critically assess current distribution plans and propose/implement improvements that optimize costs without compromising service quality or stability. **Develop “Zero-Cost” Delight Initiatives:** Create and implement initiatives that surprise customers without adding operational cost.
